History
      Reinhard was founded on 15 July 1766 by LeRoy & Pictet as a Lutheran colony. By a Decree dated 26 February 1768, it was given the offical Russian name of Osinovka.
Church
      Originally the congregation in Reinhard was part of the Rosenheim parish which had been established in 1767.
